NaijaAgents is a directory and workspace for finding and presenting real estate professionals. We do not act as a party to property negotiations or transactions arranged between visitors and professionals. Listings, reviews, and verification indicators provide context; you should make your own checks before committing to a transaction.

Provide accurate registration information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may create an agent profile for yourself or manage an agency profile when you have authority to act for that agency. Keep your published information current.

You remain responsible for material you submit, including profile text, images, reviews, and messages. Submit only content you may lawfully share and follow our community guidelines. Do not impersonate others, mislead visitors, scrape the service in a disruptive way, or use contact tools to send spam.

We may review, restrict, correct, or remove content or access when needed to address misuse, disputes, legal obligations, or safety concerns. A claim request does not transfer control until approved.

Phone, email, and business checks describe the specific information we checked at the time shown. They do not guarantee competence, licensing, honesty, availability, or the outcome of a property transaction. Public listings compiled from external information are identified as such and can be claimed through our review process.

NaijaAgents does not inspect every property, verify title, hold client funds, or act as agent for either party to a property deal. Before committing or paying, check identity, authority, ownership, documents, and payment instructions yourself, using qualified independent advice where appropriate. A verification badge records only the specific checks described on the profile.

Transactions you arrange with agents, agencies, sellers, landlords, or other third parties are between you and those parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NaijaAgents is not responsible for losses arising from those independent dealings. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude, including responsibility for our own unlawful conduct.

Paid plans and advertising are described at the point of purchase. Advertising prices depend on placement and selected dates, and the total is shown before checkout. Paying for a placement does not remove editorial review or guarantee a particular number of views, enquiries, or transactions. Contact us with a booking reference if a payment or campaign needs attention.

We may update features and these terms. The date above identifies this version. If you have a concern about your account, a listing, a review, or a payment, use the relevant help guide or contact us.
