How your information is used.
This page explains the main information flows in NaijaAgents profiles, enquiries, reviews, verification, and support. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Information you provide
We process account details, profile information, uploaded images, service areas, contact settings, reviews, reports, claims, and messages you choose to send. Public profile fields and published reviews are visible to visitors. Contact request details are delivered to the recipient agent and recorded in their workspace.
Verification documents
Business verification can require CAC registration and identity documents for manual review. Access is limited to authorised platform admins and is logged. Identity documents are deleted after a decision; the decision and relevant status may remain in your account record.
Usage and security
We record profile views, contact actions, and other usage events to operate the directory and show activity to entitled account holders. We also use session and security information to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and process requests. You can manage optional privacy choices through the control in the footer.
Review dispute records
When a profile owner disputes a review, we keep the reason, supporting details, a snapshot of the review, status, and moderation decision in a private record. Platform admins use this to investigate and audit the outcome. The record can remain after a public review is removed.
Your choices
You can edit or unpublish a profile you control, manage notification choices, and request account export or deletion where available in settings. Some records may need to remain for security, financial, or dispute handling purposes. If we created a public listing about you or your agency, see how to request its removal.
