General questions
For feedback, partnerships, or questions about NaijaAgents, email hello@naijaagents.app. Tell us your name, how to reach you, and what you need help with. Do not send passwords or security codes.
Profile or account help
For a profile you manage, include the profile URL, your account email, a short description, and any error message. For an unclaimed public listing, start with the claim guide and use the Claim this profile link on that listing.
To flag inaccurate or unsafe profile information, use Report this agent or Report this agency on the public profile. That sends the details into our review queue. If NaijaAgents added a public listing about you or your agency and you want it taken down, follow the public-listing removal process.
Review concerns
If you own the agent profile, or are an owner or admin of the agency profile, use the flag icon on the relevant review card to open a private dispute form. Explain the exact concern and add supporting details. Track progress in your dashboard. See how review disputes work.
Advertising and billing
For a sponsored placement, use the advertising page to choose dates and see the total before payment. If you have already booked, include the booking reference and the payer email when contacting support@naijaagents.app.
